Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

Prepare Your Return: Ensure your item is unused and in its original packaging. Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

(For items over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.)

Receive Confirmation
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Get Your Refund
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 24 hours.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company as necessary, processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at comrie@hgl-uk.com. and send your item to the address below.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
